Motivation to Exercise: A Matter of Willpower!
We all know that exercising is good for us. But it takes a whole lot of a deal to decide. That was me when I started in March 2023. Even though I was struggling with my health and I have been a member of Goodlife Fitness in Mississauga – all these do not matter to me. Coming to GYM takes a village to do it! What motivated me to come to GYM, when I met and joined Khouloud Nehme in Goodlife-Mississauga. It was a life changing experience! Her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. She is best at motivating and inspiring.

Of course, I have had difficulty starting or maintaining a fitness routine before. I have been in and out of gyms; I would lose weight and put it all back on and then go through the same soul-crushing experience repeatedly. Maintaining my willpower is one of the hardest and most challenging tasks because of my ability to delay gratification.


Meeting with Khouloud Nehme is a game changer. It's groundbreaking! She brought a conviction of, “If I can do it, so can you!” Her encouragement has given me the confidence, just the right combination of push and encouragement of keeping my willpower to maintain my fitness goals. Proudly says that my workout is becoming incredibly insane. Oftentimes, I am in the GYM 4 times a week.I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a better quality of life to work with Khouloud Nehme to improve their fitness level.
