Through Covid I was starting to gain weight and getting stressed by the fact all of us stayed home, away from all the enjoyable stuff we used to do. I want to give all the credit to my instructor, Khouloud, that got me back on track. We started exercising throughout WhatsApp video and my mind and body changed x 100. Perfect results from 142 lb to 128 lb in six months, by me seeing the real results I recommend Khouloud and I’m still recommending her to all my friends and family for her amazing performance. Of course, I have had difficulty starting or maintaining a fitness routine before. I have been in and out of gyms; I would lose weight and put it all back on and then go through the same soul-crushing experience repeatedly. Maintaining my willpower is one of the hardest and most challenging tasks because of my ability to delay gratification.
